Essence Trading came into existence in 2012 from a little corner table of a university student’s room. For over 10 years, our team has supported businesses and individuals looking to develop, enter and/or expand into both the local and global marketplace. We are an ethical company that is highly and strictly driven by our company’s core values. Our daily business operations are conducted based on utmost professionalism, integrity, and openness, confidentiality, honesty, and exceeded-customer-expectations.
Our team in Namibia is led by professionals with over 10 years of business consulting experience across various industries and sectors. To assist companies that are new to Namibia and across, over the years, we have developed a wide range of professional services, including go-to-market research and tailored incorporation, administrative support, and mentorship programs for businesses and individual clients. Connie Nghishiiko
Managing Director
Connie is the founder of Essence Trading; she is a passionate businesswoman and committed natural leader. As a company Director, Connie focuses on shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and values. Connie has over 10 years of experience in consulting and various other industries and is currently studying towards her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Namibia.
Thamsanqa Makhulumo
Finance and Accounting Officer
Thamsanqa has been of significant influence to Essence for over four years. He is a Highly-motivated, deadline-committed, goal-driven Management Accountant with over 10 years of experience. In the company, he focuses most on taxation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. Thamsanqa holds a B.COM Honors Degree in Chartered Management Accounting (ACMA, CGMA, FULL CIMA-UK) from the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting in London.
Administrative Officer
She is an experienced administrative officer who has many years of experience working in the business advisory industry. She is a bachelor’s degree holder and has repeatedly shown willingness and commitment to her work. She manages the office stock, organizes company records, and prepares regular business reports.
Business Consulting Assistant
He is a vibrant and intelligent team member of our company. His years of experience and smartness have always proven helpful to our clients because they always yield profitable results. He assists in the marketing, HR, finance, management, and accounting departments to ensure the company’s smooth and productive running.
Johannes Petrus
Marketing Manager
Johannes is the brain behind driving our brand to the world. He focuses a lot on social media account maintenance and updates, graphic designing and material printing, corporate advertising, and marketing campaigns.
